Customer Onboarding Specialist ‍

That's why we're expanding our Customer Success department and looking for more Customer Onboarding Specialists to join our team focusing on the Spanish and English markets. Our goal is to create happy users with the most satisfying experience possible. We're on a mission to achieve this, and we're searching for individuals who are passionate about providing our customers and users with a world-class onboarding experience

You will both onboard customers through weekly Webinar series, 1:1 meetings, and Email campaigns, but also take meetings with customers adopting and using the tool after the onboarding.

Within the Customer Success department, you find Customer Success Managers, Product Specialists, Onboarding Specialists, Digital Success Managers, and Promote Specialists, who are located in Sweden, Finland, Canada, Colombia, and the USA ‍‍‍

Your key responsibilities will be to:
  • Onboarding new customers effectively.
  • Hosting weekly onboarding webinars.
  • Offering personalized one-on-one enterprise onboarding.
  • Making sure customers use the product well during onboarding.
  • Meeting one-on-one with customers throughout the customer's journey with us.
  • Creating onboarding materials.
  • Gathering and analyzing customer feedback.
  • Collaboratively improving our customer onboarding process.

Is this you?
  • Experience in onboarding and technical customer support in the SaaS industry
  • Experience in the HR industry
  • A hobby "tech-savvy" person
  • Fluent in Spanish & English - and other languages is a plus
  • A ping pong professional ... we're kidding! But we do like to play.
